Our Founder
With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cal State Fresno in 1988 and a Master of Science in Engineering specializing in Applied Mechanics from CSU Northridge in 2006, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As a registered professional engineer in the state of California with license #M29766, I have over 35 years of specialized technical knowledge acquired through my work with NAVAIR in aerial target systems. I want to share my knowledge and use my experience to guide the next generation to success.

Having served as the airframe structural technical lead and holding flight clearance authority for all Department of Navy subsonic and supersonic type high-performance target systems, our founder is well-equipped to guide clients to success.
